With over 12 years of experience in the legal field, Diana Pop is a Senior Associate within the firm, actively involved in the coordination and resolution of complex cases. Her practice is grounded in legal precision, strategic litigation planning, and a results-oriented approach tailored to the clients’ needs. Her expertise spans core legal areas such as corporate law, urban planning and construction, administrative litigation, and labour law.

In the area of corporate law, she advises clients on legal structuring, business reorganisations, corporate governance, and commercial transactions. Her practice in urban planning and construction law includes legal consultancy for the development of real estate projects, from the preparation and submission of urban planning documentation to obtaining the permits and approvals required by law.
- Successfully representing clients in legal proceedings concerning the annulment of building permits for properties valued at over EUR 1,000,000, as well as in actions challenging administrative acts issued by local authorities;
- Securing favourable outcomes in a series of connected employment disputes, including the annulment of a dismissal decision, internal regulations, and a performance improvement plan (PIP), resulting in a compensation award of approximately EUR 100,000;
- Representing a client, as adjudicated third party, in insolvency proceedings and successfully maintaining the validity of the adjudication deed for a property valued at over EUR 350,000, despite multiple invalidation attempts by creditors.
